What's the secret
The secret of the dish is very simple: the drumsticks are suspended in a special way from the grill, and therefore excess fat drips from them during cooking. Many, of course, will object - what a secret here, you can put any part of the chicken on the wire rack and the fat will drain without it! No, it won't drain! If you just put a leg or a wing on the wire rack, then the fat will not go away completely, but will accumulate under the skin. And from the suspended shin, almost all fat will go away, since nothing will interfere with it.
Therefore, to cook chicken drumsticks in a dietary way, you need to hang them to the wire rack by the bone, as shown in the photo. Place a baking sheet under the wire shelf to allow dripping fat to accumulate. But the fat can not be wasted, but used, as they say, in business. That is, put potatoes or assorted vegetables on a baking sheet so that the dripping fat transports the side dish. - dry ground garlic;
- nutmeg;
- sweet paprika;

How to cook
Wash and dry your shins. Pour 70-100 ml of soy sauce into a deep bowl, add dried garlic, nutmeg powder, paprika and a mixture of herbs. Mix it all up. The marinade should be a little thick so that it can be spread on the meat. Next, coat the shins with marinade and leave for 20-25 minutes. After that, hang the drumsticks to the wire rack and put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 50 minutes. Thus, you get a tasty, aromatic dish with a minimum amount of fat.
