Required Ingredients

The main ingredient is, of course, chicken hearts. You will need 1 kilogram for three servings. But for the marinade you need: soy sauce - 150 grams; honey - 100 grams; garlic - 4 cloves; salt - half a teaspoon; pepper or a mixture of peppers - 1 teaspoon.

Recipe

Rinse chicken hearts thoroughly so that no blood clots remain inside them. Next, let them lie down for a while in a colander to drain excess water - ten minutes is enough. In the meantime, water is flowing from the hearts, finely chop the garlic and melt the honey to a liquid state.

Place the hearts in a deep bowl, pour in the soy sauce and warm honey, add salt, pepper, garlic and mix well. Leave the dish to marinate for three hours. During this time, you can
