After delivery, we got an apartment with quality brick walls, but the floor was uneven. Its level in the balcony and the room was different, so I had to align all pouring cement. It was originally planned that the doors to the balcony and the room will not be aligned with a balcony. Underfloor heating installed did not make sense, since the apartment is located in a warm area where heating is necessary on the strength of 2 months per year.

Walls were treated for painting, so their preparation took about a month. Everyone involved hired masters. The focal point of the two colors of the walls become flat - light beige color, and Tiffany. It was decided to paint the entire balcony in the color of Tiffany, and the room to select only one wall. Similar Colors used in the corridor. It turned out pretty cool and beautiful.

A bathroom is designed in brown and beige colors. The room is quite spacious, so here it was possible to arrange everything you need: a pencil case for storage with built-in Laundry baskets, shower, large wash basin, mirror with cabinet and lighting, toilet and washing machine.
