This wire stand 3-3.5 kW but for me it will be enough to spare.

After disassembly, it became clear that before the power wire was soldered to the copper tracks.

Again did not solder it, and decided to screw the bolt 5 mm, are drilled in the copper plate over the hole. Instead of nuts used remnants of the terminals of the junction box.

When choosing a place for the hole, I looked to the bolts and then in nothing rested, short, and not interfere collect the body.

Strip the ends of bolts and clamped with little nervous losses gathered all together.

As for me, a new sample plug is easier to collect than the old ones, in which the pins dangling and grooves are not as reliable.

Final assembly

I turn to the assembly building and find a piece of a plastic, to close their hole where earlier there was a button. Prepared by pasting the plastic quick-drying glue. Check!

Working! Excellent color all parts turned the same, so there will not be evident.
